Your first 100 conversations each month are included in the plan. After that, each additional conversation is $0.20, protected by a hard spending cap you control — so your bill can never run away from you.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one customer chat session handled by the AI, regardless of how many messages are exchanged in it. A customer who sends fifteen messages about one order is still one conversation. Conversations are counted the same on every channel — LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, KakaoTalk, Shopify and Crisp.
What's never charged
- Seats. Invite your whole team; team members are unlimited on every plan.
- Channels. Connect one channel or all of them at no extra cost.
- Voice transcription. Voice notes are included.
Managing your subscription
- Upgrade to yearly any time under Settings → Billing — the yearly plan works out to $20/month, a savings of about 31%.
