What would your month actually cost?
Pick your monthly conversation volume and compare OneChat’s bill with Fin by Intercom, Tidio Lyro and Chatbase — list prices, no fine print hidden.
| Provider | 100 conv. | 300 conv. | 500 conv. | 1,000 conv. |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OneChat | $20 | $60 | $100 | $200 |
| Fin by Intercom | $98.50 | $296.50 | $494.50 | $989.50 |
| Tidio Lyro | $89 | $219 | $349 | $674 |
| Chatbase | $120 | $120 | $160 | $360 |
How these estimates are built — public list prices as of August 2026; each competitor is priced the cheapest way we could find for the same volume:
- Fin by Intercom — $49/mo base with 50 resolutions, then $0.99 per resolution. Assumes every conversation is AI-resolved; Fin has no published yearly discount.
- Tidio Lyro — Starter plan plus the Lyro AI add-on at Tidio’s published entry rate ($39 per 50 conversations, $32.50 on annual billing). Tidio doesn’t publish higher-volume tiers, so larger volumes are estimated at that rate and may qualify for custom discounts.
- Chatbase — priced on the Standard plan ($150/mo, $120 on annual billing), its usable business tier: Hobby ($40) is too thin for real support volume, and free-tier agents are deleted after 14 days of inactivity. Chatbase bills per message credit and charges more for better models — GPT-5-class replies cost ~2 credits each, Claude Sonnet ~3, Claude Opus 5. Assuming the GPT-5/Claude-class models a real support bot runs and ~4 AI replies per conversation, that’s ~10 credits per conversation, with extra credits at $40 per 1,000. (OneChat runs on Claude — Haiku 4.5 — with no per-model surcharge; model costs are already in the $0.20.) Removing the “Powered by Chatbase” badge costs ~$199/mo extra, and additional agents and team members are metered too — a realistic small-business setup lands near $350/mo, versus OneChat’s flat $29. Chatbase also wants to be your inbox, while OneChat plugs into the tools your team already uses — with human handoff in the same thread — and includes unlimited members and channels flat, paying only per conversation.
Competitor prices change; always confirm on their pricing pages. OneChat’s numbers are exact: base plan + $0.20 per conversation beyond your included 100.
Pricing FAQ
Questions about pricing
What counts as a conversation?
One customer chat session handled by the AI, no matter how many messages are exchanged in it. Your first 100 conversations every month are included in the plan.
What happens after my 100 included conversations?
Each extra conversation is $0.20, protected by a hard spending cap you control. At 1,000 conversations that’s $209/month all-in — while per-resolution tools can pass $900.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Pricing is based on conversations, never on seats.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — $20/month billed yearly ($240/year) instead of $29/month, a 31% saving. The 100 included conversations and $0.20 overage rate are the same on both.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing month; yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. No cancellation fees, no “contact sales.”
